I T  Service Management

      blueStone’s IT Service Management uses industry standard metrics, IT process leading practices, and blueStone’s project accelerators to assess the IT service support and delivery environment. Based on this analysis, we recommend tactical steps for process improvement and cost optimization that can increase efficiency by 30% and reduce operating costs by 10%.

Our process for improving IT Service Management has four key components:

  • Define an IT Services and Cost Baseline – We evaluate an organization’s service levels, IT spend rate, platforms supported, performance and availability statistics, and the current level of IT service delivery and support compliance to build a current cost and services model.

  • Analyze Financial Data – We compare the IT organization’s current baseline environment to peer groups as well as an industry-specific reference model that encompasses a client’s requirements and strategies. We also rank the IT organization’s process maturity using the IT Service CMM or the process maturity model for IT organizations.

  • Develop the Business Case – We identify the processes and practices that can result in cost-savings and detail the business steps necessary to implement service improvements.

  • Implement Service Improvements – We provide the resources necessary to implement the improvements.
